This place is mind-blowingly amazing! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it's super spacious. The beds may seem firm, but they provide an incredibly comfy night's sleep. And the location is jaw-dropping, just a short walk to the event venue. The house itself is well-appointed with a lovely view of fields. , the off-road parking can accommodate up to three cars. Plus, the host Janine went above and beyond to make our arrival special with a basket full of goodies. an absolutely recommended stay with all the necessary amenities including free Wi-Fi, free parking, cookware/kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. And don't worry, there's no smoking on site. This place exceeded all expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-appointed house. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view of the fields was gorgeous. The bed was firm but comfortable for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for attending an event at Dunedin, just a 2-minute walk away. The host, Janine, went above and beyond to make our arrival special with a surprise birthday celebration for my brother. The property was spotless and had all the essentials we needed. The house also had ample parking, which was convenient. The complimentary goodies were a nice touch!

The single beds were uncomfortable and the water pressure from the shower could have been better for thick, long hair. There was also some damage to the lounge ceiling, possibly from water damage.

Close to wedding venue with a short walk. Tidy and well-appointed house. Sheep in field didn't disturb sleep. Loved the crisps, wine, and chocs left.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this spacious house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the view of the fields was gorgeous. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending an event nearby and it was just a short walk away. Additionally, the off-road parking was convenient for our two cars. a great place for a larger family or group of friends to stay for a few days.

There were a couple of downsides during our stay. The single beds were quite uncomfortable, with noticeable springs.
